FEES
An annual fee will be charged for consortium membership. The annual fees will fund the two-year technical development effort. Additionally, a one-time fee will be charged for each hose installation (buoy, FPSO, etc.) that will use HoseLifeTM. This fee will fund development of the site-specific input data that is required for the service life calculations. Upon completion of the technical development effort, members will be assessed a yearly HoseLifeTM usage and sustainment fee. Usage and sustainment fees will fund HoseLifeTM updates as hose performance data continue to accumulate. Usage fees for non-consortium members will be established by the consortium members in consultation with ETA International.

Leadership Discount
The first three members joining the consortium will receive a 15% leadership discount on the first year consortium fee and the first three years of the post-consortium sustainment effort.
